Orders and Payment
All orders placed through Arcano Fragrance are subject to acceptance and availability.

Payment must be made in full before dispatch. We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods provided at checkout.

Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown separately and may vary depending on your location.

Shipping & Delivery
We ship only within Sweden at the moment.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on location and external circumstances.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging, in unused condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase. The products must be unopened and unused for hygienic reasons.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety standards, opened or used products cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Inspection Process

All returned items will undergo a thorough inspection upon receipt. If the product is found to be used, damaged, or not in its original packaging, we reserve the right to deny the return or issue only a partial refund.

How to Initiate a Return

Refunds

Once your return is approved and processed, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.. Please allow 14 business days for the transaction to reflect in your account.

We strive to ensure all product descriptions, pricing, and availability are accurate. However, minor variations may occur, and we do not guarantee the absence of errors. In the event of a pricing or stock issue, we will inform you and provide alternative options or a full refund.
